Sodium Bentonite Clay
Sodium Bentonite is a high-swelling, water-absorbent natural clay dominated by the mineral montmorillonite. It can absorb up to 25–30 times its volume in water, making it one of the most powerful clays for sealing, binding, and thickening applications.
It is often referred to as: Swelling bentonite, or Western bentonite, or Hydrogel bentonite.
